The predecessor of Flex Power Modules is Ericsson Power Modules, which is also a subsidiary of Flex. Flex Power Modules is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. We have established design centers in Kalmar, Sweden and Shanghai, China. Our products are manufactured in a wholly-owned factory in Shanghai, China. We mainly provide design and manufacture on-board DC/DC conversion products. Our products are suitable for information and communication technology (ICT) applications, including servers and high-performance computing applications. In other demanding applications such as the industrial and transportation markets, we also provide board-mounted system solutions. To provide customers with innovative market-leading products, industry-leading quality levels and excellent customer service is our goal. In the power module line, Flex Power Modules is one of the largest batch manufacturers. So far, Flex Power Modules has delivered more than 100 million modules to the global market.
