Genteq is a branch of Regal-Beloit, one of the world's leading electric motor manufacturers. Genteq is the renaming in 2009 for the Regal Divisions GE ECM, GE Capacitors and GE Commercial Motors. Genteq designs and produces electronically switched motor (ECM) and light commercial heating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for residential and light systems.
