Monolithic Power Systems MP4470GL-Z is a high-efficiency, fast-transient 36V, 5A synchronous step-down converter featuring a 4.5V to 36V input range, adjustable 0.8V to 0.9 × VIN output, programmable 200kHz to 1MHz switching frequency, and integrated 40mΩ high-side and 20mΩ low-side MOSFETs. Supplied in a compact QFN-20 package with 5,000-piece tape-and-reel packaging, the MP4470GL-Z is ideal for notebook systems, networking equipment, industrial power supplies, optical communications, distributed power architectures, and point-of-load regulators.
