ADCMP562BRQ [Analog Devices]

The ADCMP561/ADCMP562 are high speed comparators fabricated on Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary XFCB process. They feature differential PECL-compatible outputs, 700 ps propagation delay with less than 75 ps overdrive dispersion, and a wide input common-mode range of -2.0 V to +3.0 V. The devices include robust input protection, differential latch control, and internal latch pull-up resistors. They offer power supply rejection greater than 85 dB, a minimum pulse width of 700 ps, and an equivalent input rise time bandwidth of 1.5 GHz. Typical output rise/fall time is 500 ps. ESD protection exceeds 4 kV HBM and 200 V MM. The ADCMP562 features programmable hysteresis. Outputs are compatible with PECL 10K and 10KH logic families and can directly drive 50 Ω transmission lines. The latch input permits tracking, track-and-hold, or sample-and-hold modes. Specified over the industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C).
