The DG406 and DG407 are improved CMOS analog multiplexers. DG406 is a 1-of-16 multiplexer/demultiplexer, and DG407 is a dual 8-channel multiplexer/demultiplexer. They feature guaranteed matching between channels (8Ω max), on-resistance flatness (9Ω max), low charge injection (15pC max), and low on-resistance (100Ω max). They operate with single supply from +4.5V to +30V or dual supplies from ±4.5V to ±20V. They are pin-compatible upgrades for industry standard DG406/DG407, with ESD protection >2000V, rail-to-rail signal handling, and TTL/CMOS compatible digital inputs.
