MAX146 operates from +2.7V to +3.6V single supply with internal 2.5V reference, while MAX147 operates from +2.7V to +5.25V with external reference. Both devices offer software-configurable unipolar/bipolar and single-ended/differential inputs, low power consumption (down to 1µA in power-down mode), and a 4-wire serial interface compatible with SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE/TMS320. Available in 20-pin DIP and SSOP packages.
