The MAX148/MAX149 are 10-bit data-acquisition systems that integrate an 8-channel multiplexer, high-bandwidth track/hold, and serial interface. They operate from a single +2.7V to +5.25V supply, sample up to 133 ksps, and feature software-configurable unipolar/bipolar and single-ended/differential inputs. The serial interface is compatible with SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE and TMS320 devices. MAX149 includes an internal 2.5V reference, while MAX148 requires an external reference. Both have a reference-buffer amplifier with ±1.5% adjustment range. They offer low power consumption with power-down modes, and are available in 20-pin PDIP and SSOP packages.
