    The MAX1798/MAX1798A/MAX1799/MAX1799A are system power supplies designed for CDMA cellular/PCS handsets. They integrate five low-dropout linear regulators (LDOs): one 300mA and four 150mA, optimized for low noise and isolation. Each LDO can be individually enabled/disabled and programmed to output voltages from 1.8V to 3.3V in 32 steps via a serial interface. The devices feature a 140ms minimum reset timer, push-on/push-off control logic, and two 150mA general-purpose open-drain outputs. They operate from a 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage range, compatible with single-cell Li+ batteries. Available in thermally-enhanced 20-pin TSSOP and TQFN packages.
