MAX378EPE+ [Analog Devices]

The MAX378 and MAX379 are high-voltage, fault-protected analog multiplexers. They use a series N-channel/P-channel/N-channel structure to provide significant fault protection, limiting fault currents to nanoamp levels. They operate from ±4.5V to ±18V supplies, have TTL/CMOS compatible digital inputs, and are suitable for data acquisition, industrial control, and avionics test equipment.
