MAX71020AEUI+ [Analog Devices]

MAX71020AEUI+ Overview

Tube-packaged. Package 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). You can use it as a Single Phase meter. We have it in Surface Mount. The operational temperature at -40°C~85°C has been increased. 2.8V~3.6V power supply is used to operate it. Find more similar parts by searching MAX71020. In its low-level I/O ports, this PMIC has a voltage of 0.8V 0.96V. There is a voltage of -1.1V 2V present for high-level I/Os on this device. 28 terminations are included in the part. This is a powerful analog ANALOG CIRCUIT IC for PMICs. The normal voltage needed for the part is 3.3V. It is important to note that this device requires a voltage of 3V or higher to operate. It is recommended to keep the maximum voltage to the device below 3.6V. For logic gate applications, this is a 28 solution. It comes with a Surface Mount device for easy mounting and dismounting. This is a Other Analog ICs for specialized needs. When the supply current is set to 4.3mA, the PMIC will operate normally. It is generally necessary to use a 3.3V power supply with the device. Frequency ranges from 10MHz to X.
