    Products Detail

    The MAX847 is a complete power-supply and monitoring system for two-way pagers and other low-power digital communications devices. It features an 80mA output from a single cell at 90% efficiency, 13µA idle mode current, selectable low-noise PWM or low-current operation, SPI-compatible serial interface, reset and low-battery warning outputs, and a charger for NiCd, NiMH, lithium batteries, or storage capacitors. It includes three low-noise linear-regulator outputs and three DAC-controlled comparators for software-driven 3-channel A/D conversion.
