MAX9012EUA+ [Maxim]

These are ultra-fast, low-power, single-supply comparators with 5ns propagation delay, precision differential inputs, and TTL outputs. They operate from 4.5V to 5.5V, have a wide common-mode input range extending below ground, and are stable with slow-moving inputs. Available in tiny 6-pin SC70 and SOT23 packages for space-critical designs, and in 8-pin µMAX and SO packages for dual versions. They include latch functions in some models and are ideal for high-speed signal processing applications.
