OP97EP [Rochester]

The OP97 is a low power alternative to the industry-standard OP07 precision amplifier. It maintains the OP07 performance standards while using only 600 μA supply current, less than 1/6 of an OP07. Offset voltage is 25 μV with drift below 0.6 μV/°C, and external offset trimming is often unnecessary. Bias current remains below 250 pA over the full military temperature range. It features improved common-mode rejection (114 dB min) and power supply rejection (114 dB min) over a wide supply range of ±2.25 V to ±20 V. Ideal for precision long-term integrators, sample-and-hold circuits, and portable/battery-powered instruments. It conforms to the OP07 pinout and upgrades designs using AD725, OP05, OP07, OP12, and PM1012 amplifiers, and can replace 741-type amplifiers in circuits without nulling.
