The REF19x series is a family of micropower, low dropout voltage (LDV) precision band gap voltage references. They provide stable output voltage from supplies as low as 100 mV above the output voltage, consuming less than 45 μA of supply current. Features include a sleep mode that reduces current to less than 15 μA, high output current up to 30 mA, and excellent temperature stability with a maximum temperature coefficient of 5 ppm/°C. The series is specified over the extended industrial temperature range (−40°C to +85°C) with typical performance up to +125°C, making it suitable for automotive and other demanding applications.
