The 1625/26 series is a 10 Gb/s cooled EML TOSA designed for use in XFP transceivers and other optical modules for high-speed telecommunication and data applications. It supports data rates up to 11.3Gb/s, for use up to 80km with typical optical output power of +2 dBm. Wavelength is selectable to ITU-T standards covering full C-band and C+ band, suitable for 100GHz channel spacing in DWDM systems. Features very low TEC power consumption, available in LC, SC receptacle or pigtailed versions, with 50W single-ended data input. Case operating temperature ranges from -5 to +80°C for standard TDM versions, -5 to +75°C for standard DWDM versions, and -40 to +90°C for extended temperature versions.
