The 1625/26 Series is a XMD MSA-compatible 10 Gb/s cooled EML TOSA designed for use in XFP transceivers and other optical modules for high-speed telecommunication and data applications. It integrates an EML laser, monitor photodiode, and micro-TEC in a small form-factor package. Supports data rates up to 11.3 Gb/s, with reach up to 80km for 1626 and 40km for 1625. Features include selectable ITU-T wavelengths in C-band and C+ band, suitability for 100GHz DWDM channel spacing, very low TEC power consumption, and availability in LC, SC receptacle or pigtailed versions. The device offers excellent wavelength stability over 20 years with low hazard rates.
