ACPL-W341-560E [Broadcom]

The ACPL-P341/W341 contains an AlGaAs LED optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage. It is designed for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverter applications. The high operating voltage range provides required drive voltages, and the high peak output current allows direct driving of IGBTs up to 1200 V / 100 A. For higher-rated IGBTs, it can drive a discrete power stage. Features include rail-to-rail output, 200 ns maximum propagation delay, 35 kV/μs minimum common mode rejection, under voltage lock-out protection with hysteresis, and wide operating supply range (15-30 V). Safety approvals include UL, CSA, and IEC/EN/DIN EN 60747-5-2.
