    The AFCT-5805xxxZ transceiver is a high performance, cost effective module for serial optical data communications applications specified for a data rate of 155 Mb/s. It provides a SONET/SDH compliant link for intermediate reach links operating at +3.3 V or +5.0 V input voltage. The transmitter uses a 1300 nm FP laser and the receiver uses an InGaAs PIN photodiode. Features include an integral duplex SC connector receptacle, RoHS compliance, and operation over extended temperature ranges.
