BCM8155FAIFB [Broadcom]

The BCM8155 is a multirate low-power 10G transceiver with integrated CDR, DEMUX, MUX, and CMU. It features programmable RZ/NRZ/Duo-binary modes, adjustable duty cycle in RZ mode, RX equalization for ISI compensation, limiting amplifier, RX phase adjustment, and adaptable RX decision threshold. Includes 10G serial TX preemphasis, PRBS generator/checker for BIST, line/system loopback modes, polarity inversion, loss-of-signal detection, lock detection, FIFO overflow alarm, and selectable timing modes. Uses a 65nm CMOS process with 1V core voltage and 600mW power consumption. Available in 196-pin BGA packages (12x12mm/0.8mm pitch or 15x15mm/1mm pitch).
