MSA-0670 [Broadcom]

The MSA-0670 is a cascadable 50 Ω gain block MMIC designed for general purpose RF and IF amplification. It features low operating voltage (3.5 V typical), high gain (19.5 dB at 0.5 GHz), low noise figure (2.8 dB at 0.5 GHz), and DC to 1.0 GHz bandwidth. The device uses Avago's silicon bipolar MMIC process with nitride self-alignment, ion implantation, and gold metallization for excellent performance, uniformity, and reliability. It includes external bias resistor for temperature and current stability with bias flexibility.
