    The EL253X series are dual channel high speed transistor photocouplers operating at 1Mbit/s. They feature high isolation voltage (5000 Vrms), guaranteed performance from 0°C to 70°C, and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The devices are Pb free and RoHS compliant and carry multiple international approvals (UL, VDE, SEMKO, NEMKO, DEMKO, FIMKO, CSA, CQC). The internal structure reduces base-collector capacitance for high speed operation. Available in standard DIP-8, wide lead spacing, and SMD options.
