The device features a fully integrated 1024-bit EEPROM for storing device descriptors and CBUS I/O configuration, integrated USB termination resistors, and clock generation without external crystal. It supports data transfer rates from 300 baud to 3 Mbaud with 128-byte receive and 256-byte transmit buffers. The IC offers configurable CBUS I/O pins, transmit/receive LED drive signals, and supports 7/8 data bits with various parity options. It operates from +3.3V to +5.25V single supply with low power consumption and extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Available in Pb-free 28-pin SSOP and 32-pin QFN packages.
