    The HT1382 is a low-power real-time clock/calendar device with I2C or 3-wire serial interfaces. It provides time and date in BCD format (seconds, minutes, hours, day, date, month, year) with automatic leap year correction until 2099. Features include integrated oscillator load capacitors (12.5pF), clock compensation, programmable alarm/interrupt, 15 selectable frequency outputs, and 4-byte EEPROM. It supports automatic battery switchover during power failures and operates from 2.0V to 5.5V.
