Intel Arria 10 devices are built on TSMC's 20 nm process technology and feature enhanced 8-input adaptive logic modules (ALM), variable-precision DSP blocks, embedded memory blocks (M20K and MLAB), and hard IP blocks including memory controllers, PCIe Gen3, and transceivers. The family includes FPGA-only variants (GX, GT) and SoC variants (SX) with dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processors. They offer high-bandwidth transceivers up to 25.8 Gbps, support for DDR4/DDR3 memory interfaces, and advanced power-saving technologies for power-sensitive applications.
