    The Arria GX FPGA family integrates high-speed serial transceivers (up to 12 channels) supporting protocols like PCI Express, Gigabit Ethernet, SDI, and Serial RapidIO. It features a 1.2-V logic array with TriMatrix memory (M512, M4K, M-RAM blocks), high-speed DSP blocks for multipliers and FIR filters, and enhanced PLLs. The devices offer support for various I/O standards, source-synchronous channels, and external memory interfaces like DDR/DDR2 SDRAM. They are available in space-saving FBGA packages with vertical migration support.

    • Individual transmitter and receiver channel power-down capability
    • 1.2- and 1.5-V pseudo current mode logic (PCML) support

    • 8B/10B encoder/decoder
