Products Detail

The tools are designed for prototype tooling or repair. They include crimping tools for chain terminals and loose piece terminals, as well as extraction and insertion tools. The tools have fixed dies and cannot adjust crimping height. Some tools have two crimping sections (A and B) by inverting upper dies. They are not applicable for 2-wire crimping. Precautions are given for contamination (especially for board-in terminals) and proper crimping checks (tensile strength, terminal/contact deformation). Extraction tools are used to remove improperly inserted contacts, and insertion tools allow contacts to be inserted into the housing. These tools greatly increase efficiency especially when thin wires are used.
