D6020L53 [Littelfuse]

Silicon rectifiers designed for DC phase control applications, particularly with motor loads. They feature an isolated mounting tab for use in common anode or common cathode circuits. Key benefits include RoHS compliance, surge capability up to 350 A, glass-passivated junctions, and voltage capability up to 1000 V. The isolated package facilitates heat sinking and provides high isolation voltage. Typical applications include AC to DC solid-state switches in industrial power tools, exercise equipment, white goods, and commercial appliances.
