MTAPD-07-016 [Marktech Optoelectronics]

MTAPD-07-016 Overview

Strip is used to protect the photodiodes from damage. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. When photodiodes are continuously reverse-biased, the maximum voltage they can withstand is 200V. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 200V. The current in a photodiode is 400pA even when there is no light input.
