It integrates controller, drivers, bootstrap diode/capacitor, MOSFETs, inductor, and input/output capacitors in one package. Key benefits include no loop compensation required, stable ceramic output capacitor operation, programmable on-time (200ns to 2µs), selectable CCM/DCM modes for light-load efficiency, and comprehensive protection features (OCP, OTP, UVLO). With 96% peak efficiency and 90% at 100mA loads, it enables compact 10A point-of-load designs in a 10x10x4mm GQFN package.
