Zener regulation voltages from 3.9 V to 200 V. Standard and reverse polarities available. RoHS compliant devices available by adding 'e3' suffix (commercial grade only). Regulates voltage over a broad range of current and temperature with standard voltage tolerances of +/-5%. Nonsensitive to ESD per MIL-STD-750 method 1020. Inherently radiation hard as described in Microsemi MicroNote 050.
