    The 40MX and 42MX FPGA families are based on antifuse technology in 0.45µm triple-metal CMOS, offering capacities from 3,000 to 54,000 system gates with performance up to 250MHz. They provide live-on-power-up operation and low standby power consumption. Devices feature up to 202 user I/Os and are available in various packages including PLCC, PQFP, VQFP, TQFP, CQFP, and PBGA. The A42MX24 and A42MX36 include MultiPlex I/Os for mixed-voltage operation (5.0V/3.3V), PCI compliance, and low-power modes. The A42MX36 adds dual-port SRAM (2,560 bits) for FIFOs/LIFOs and fast wide-decode modules. All devices support IEEE 1149.1 JTAG Boundary Scan Testing and are available in commercial, industrial, automotive, and military temperature grades.
