A54SX08-1PL84 [MICROSEMI]

The SX family provides a unique approach to module organization and chip routing that delivers the best register/logic mix for a wide variety of applications. It features two types of logic modules: combinatorial cells (C-cells) and register cells (R-cells). The architecture uses metal-to-metal programmable antifuse interconnect elements embedded between metal layers, providing abundant routing resources and excellent protection against design pirating. The devices support 3.3V and 5.0V operation with 5.0V input tolerance, very low power consumption, deterministic user-controllable timing, and in-system diagnostic capabilities with Silicon Explorer II. The family offers 100% resource utilization with 100% pin locking and single-chip solution capabilities.
