    IGBT products provide high-quality solutions for high-voltage, high-power applications with switching frequency ranges from DC to 150 kHz. Available in six product series using three IGBT technologies: non-punch-through (NPT), punch-through (PT), and field stop. All standard IGBT products are available as single IGBTs or Combi products packaged with anti-parallel DQ series diodes. Package options include TO-220, TO-247, T-MAX®, TO-264, and SOT-227. Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFETs offer higher switching frequency, efficiency, and power for applications above 650V, providing lower on-resistance, faster switching, higher junction temperature, and higher power density compared to silicon solutions.
