AT28C64B-15SC [Microchip]

The AT28C64B is a 64K (8K x 8) EEPROM manufactured with Atmel's advanced nonvolatile CMOS technology. It features fast read access time (150 ns), automatic page write operation with 64-byte internal latches, fast write cycle times (10 ms standard, 2 ms option), low power dissipation (40 mA active, 100 µA standby), hardware and software data protection, DATA polling and toggle bit for write detection, high reliability (100,000 cycles endurance, 10 years data retention), single 5V ±10% supply, CMOS/TTL compatible I/O, JEDEC byte-wide pinout, and commercial/industrial temperature ranges. The device operates like static RAM without external components and includes 64 bytes of additional EEPROM for device identification.
