AT75C310-Q160 [Microchip]

The AT75C310 is built around an ARM7TDMI microcontroller core running at 20 MIPS with two DSP co-processors running at 40 MIPS each. It features 88K Bytes of Integrated Fast RAM for each DSP, a flexible external bus interface, dual codec interface, multi-level priority interrupt controller, three 16-bit timers/counters, two USARTs, SPI, up to 23 GPIO, on-chip DRAM controller, JTAG debug interface, and boot ROM. It is designed for low power consumption and is supported by a range of software modules including a Linux kernel port, DSP algorithms for modems and voice processing, and application level software.
