AT80C52X2DBR-SLSUM [Microchip]

The TS80C52X2 is a high-performance CMOS 8-bit microcontroller compatible with the 80C52. It features extended ROM/EPROM capacity (8 Kbytes), 256 bytes of internal RAM, a 6-source, 4-level interrupt system, an on-chip oscillator, and three timer/counters. Additional features include dual data pointers, an enhanced UART (EUART) for multiprocessor communication, and an X2 speed improvement mechanism. The fully static design allows power consumption reduction by lowering the clock frequency. Power control modes include idle mode (CPU frozen, peripherals active) and power-down mode (RAM retained, other functions inactive). The device operates from 2.7V to 5.5V and supports commercial and industrial temperature ranges.
