ATA6624-PGQW [Microchip]

The Atmel ATA6622/ATA6624/ATA6626 are fully integrated LIN transceivers that comply with LIN 2.0, 2.1 and SAEJ2602-2 specifications. They feature a low-drop voltage regulator (3.3V for ATA6622, 5V for ATA6624 and ATA6626) with 85mA output current capability, which can be boosted with an external NPN transistor. The devices support master and slave operation, with operating voltage from 5V to 27V and supply voltage up to 40V. They offer very low current consumption in sleep mode (typically 10µA) and silent mode (typically 57µA). The transceivers include a window watchdog, undervoltage detection, and multiple wake-up sources (LIN bus, WAKE pin, KL_15 pin). They are designed for low-speed data communication in vehicles, such as convenience electronics, and fulfill OEM hardware requirements for LIN in automotive applications.
