The eX family is a low-cost, low-power, high-performance FPGA family fabricated with 0.22µm CMOS antifuse technology. It features no power-up/down sequence required, live on power-up, 240 MHz system performance, 350 MHz internal performance, 3.9 ns clock-to-out (pad-to-pad), configurable weak-resistor pull-up/pull-down for tristated outputs, individual output slew rate control, 3,000 to 12,000 system gates, up to 512 flip-flops (using CC macros), up to 132 user-programmable I/O pins, 100% resource utilization with pin locking, deterministic timing, LP/Sleep mode for power savings, hot-swap compliant I/Os, advanced small-footprint packages, Fuselock secure programming technology, in-system diagnostic capability with Silicon Explorer II, and boundary scan testing (IEEE 1149.1/JTAG).
