EX128-TQG100 [MICROSEMI]

The eX family offers nonvolatile, single-chip FPGAs with 240 MHz system performance and 350 MHz internal performance. Fabricated with 0.22 µm CMOS antifuse technology, these devices feature no power-up/down sequence requirements, deterministic timing, and up to 100% resource utilization with pin locking. Key capabilities include configurable weak-resistor pull-up/pull-down, individual output slew rate control, and mixed-voltage operation (2.5V/3.3V/5.0V) with 5.0V input tolerance. The architecture uses SuperClusters of C-cell and R-cell logic modules with FastConnect and DirectConnect routing for high-speed interconnect. Design tools include Microsemi Designer and Libero IDE.
