eX FPGAs are nonvolatile, single-chip solutions with 240 MHz system performance and 350 MHz internal performance. They require no power-up/down sequence, feature 3.9 ns clock-to-out, and support mixed-voltage operation (2.5V/3.3V/5.0V) with 5.0V input tolerance. Built on 0.22 µm CMOS antifuse technology, they offer deterministic timing, 100% resource utilization with pin locking, and Fuselock™ secure programming. Devices include LP/sleep mode for power savings, hot-swap compliant I/Os, and boundary scan testing (IEEE 1149.1/JTAG).
