HV214FG-G [Microchip]

The HV214 uses HVCMOS® technology to combine high voltage bilateral DMOS switches and low power CMOS logic, providing efficient control of high voltage analog signals. It features very low quiescent power dissipation, low parasitic capacitances, and a DC to 50MHz small signal frequency response. The device includes an on-chip 8-bit shift register, latch, and clear logic circuitry, and is suitable for various combinations of high voltage supplies (e.g., +40V/-210V, +125V/-125V, +210V/-40V). It is designed for applications such as medical ultrasound imaging, non-destructive evaluation, inkjet printer heads, and optical MEMS modules.
