    The M1.5KE series are 1500 Watt transient voltage suppressors (TVS) designed for high-reliability applications. They offer extended voltage range from 6.8V to 400V and are available in both unidirectional and bidirectional configurations. The devices feature extremely fast response time and can protect against secondary effects of lightning per IEC61000-4-5, voltage transients from inductive switching, RFI, ESD, and EFT. They are available with enhanced reliability screening options in reference to MIL-PRF-19500 and are RoHS compliant. The series is economical and designed for thru-hole mounting.
