The MCP47FXBX4/8 is a family of buffered voltage output DACs with quad or octal channels, 8/10/12-bit resolution, and volatile or nonvolatile memory. Features include rail-to-rail output, fast settling time (7.8µs), multiple voltage reference options (VDD, external VREF, internal band gap), output gain options (1x, 2x), nonvolatile memory with EEPROM option, power-on/brown-out reset protection, power-down modes, low power consumption, I2C interface with multiple speed modes, and extended temperature range (-40°C to +125°C).
