    The MIC2165 operates over a supply range of 4.5V to 28V and features an internal linear regulator providing a regulated 5V supply. It operates at a constant 600kHz switching frequency and can drive up to 25A of output current with adjustable output voltage from 0.8V to 5.5V. The controller utilizes Hyper Speed Control™ architecture for ultra-fast transient response and HyperLight Load® efficiency. Key features include Any Capacitor™ stability (zero ESR to high ESR), power-good output, internal 5ms digital soft start, thermal shutdown, hiccup current-limit protection, safe start-up into pre-biased loads, and no external current-sense resistor requirement. It is available in a 10-pin MSOP ePad package.
