Operates from 3V to 40V input with 300kHz switching frequency. Adjustable output voltage down to 0.8V (0.8V-5.5V for V_HSD ≤28V, 0.8V-3.6V for V_HSD >28V). Features Any Capacitor™ stability (zero to high ESR), ±1% FB accuracy (MIC2174) or ±3% (MIC2174C), up to 94% efficiency, foldback current limit, hiccup mode short-circuit protection, thermal shutdown, and safe start-up into pre-biased loads. Available in 10-pin MSOP package with -40°C to +125°C junction temperature range.
