It features a wide input voltage range (2.9V to 14V), making it suitable for 1- or 2-cell Li-ion battery systems and fixed 3.3V/5V applications. The device uses synchronous rectification with external MOSFETs for high efficiency (up to 95%) and includes powerful 5Ω output drivers. Key capabilities include fixed-frequency PWM operation (200kHz/400kHz), current-mode control, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, frequency synchronization up to 600kHz, and programmable undervoltage lockout. It offers both PWM and skip modes for optimized light-load efficiency and is available in 16-pin SOIC and QSOP packages.
