    Products Detail

    The MIC2845A is a high efficiency WLED driver with six linear driver channels that maintain constant current for up to six LEDs. It features Dynamic Average Matching (DAM) for uniform display illumination and Ultra Fast PWM control for brightness control down to less than 1% duty cycle. The device includes two independently enabled low quiescent current LDOs with ±3% accuracy, low dropout voltage (150mV @ 150mA), and low ground current (35µA typical). The architecture has no switching losses, providing highest possible efficiency by eliminating switching noise/losses present with boost circuitry. Available in a 14-pin 2.5mm x 2.5mm Thin MLF package with junction temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.

LDOs: Very low ground current – Typical 35µA, Stable with 1µF ceramic output capacitor, Dropout of 150mV at 150mA, Thermal shutdown and current limit protection. Package: Available in a 14-pin 2.5mm x 2.5mm Thin MLF® package.
