The MIC2845A is a high efficiency WLED driver that drives up to six LEDs with constant current, featuring Dynamic Average Matching™ (DAM™) for uniform illumination and Ultra Fast PWM™ control (200Hz to 500kHz) for dimming. It operates from a 3.0V to 5.5V input with a low dropout of 40mV at 20mA. The device also includes two low quiescent current LDOs with ±3% accuracy, 150mV dropout at 150mA, and typical 35µA ground current. It is available in a 14-pin 2.5mm x 2.5mm Thin MLF® package with a junction temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
