MIC4452BM [Microchip]

The MIC4451 and MIC4452 are robust, efficient, and easy-to-use CMOS MOSFET drivers. The MIC4451 is an inverting driver, while the MIC4452 is a non-inverting driver. Both versions are capable of 12A peak output current and can drive large MOSFETs with improved safe operating margin. They accept any logic input from 2.4V to VS without external components, with input swing negative by up to 5V. Features include BiCMOS/DMOS construction, latch-up proof, matched rise/fall times, wide operating range, high capacitive load drive, low delay time, low supply current, and low output impedance.
