MIC5213-2.5BC5TR [MICREL]

The MIC5213 is a low-dropout linear voltage regulator designed for handheld and battery-powered devices. It features very low dropout voltage (20mV at light loads, 300mV at 80mA), very low ground current (225µA at 20mA output), and better than 3% initial accuracy. The regulator requires only 0.47µF output capacitance for stability and works with low-value ceramic capacitors. It includes logic-compatible enable input, current limiting, overtemperature shutdown, and reversed battery protection. When disabled, power consumption drops nearly to zero. Available in fixed output voltages from 2.5V to 5.0V.
